Keeping your information secure is important to us.  We use the services of Stripe to handle your credit card needs.  As stated by Stripe “Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.”

We will collect and process your personal information through the Walton Webcasting website where it may be stored it into our credit card carrier Stripe.  By making purchases through Walton Webcasting, including subscriptions, cyber livestock shows, apparel, and more, you are consenting to the collection and storage of your information.  Your personal information will never be shared, sold, or shown on a public form.  We will use your personal information to complete orders and confirm payments.  We will collect your name, contact information, address, and credit card information.  Your payment information will remain secure through Stripe.  Your email address may be used to send you updated information on Walton Webcasting and related events.

Refund policy — Cyber Stock Show refunds can be made if Walton Webcasting fails to air your video.  It may take up to 10 business days to see the refund back onto your account.  There are no refunds on Apparel or Subscriptions to the Archives.

Delivery policy — All apparel will be delivered via US Mail or can be taken to a show.

Return policy – All sales are final.  No returns on apparel.

Cancellation policy – You are free to cancel your subscription at any time for Walton Webcasting’s Archives.  You can cancel through your account on waltonwebcasting.com or call our office staff at 765-431-0665.
